Even if they've refused help before. Even if you've already tried everything. Even if nobody in the family can agree on what to do.

Your Host
For over three decades, Ken has helped families get their loved ones into treatment. If you've seen A&E's Intervention, you've seen him work. 20 seasons on air. An Emmy for the series. Thousands of families on the other side of it.
What the cameras don't always catch is what happens after the credits roll. The follow-up calls. The family coaching. The 2 a.m. crisis texts. Boot Camp is three hours of exactly that work, delivered live to you.
"I've sat across from families who felt completely powerless. Boot Camp is three hours of everything I wish I could tell every one of them on the spot."
Your Clinical Co-Host
Eric is CEO and Clinical Director at Intervention 911 and Ken Seeley Communities. He runs every piece of the clinical side: interventions, treatment, and the long case-management work that keeps someone sober six months in.
His focus is the family system. How does a household stop accidentally fueling the problem? How do you keep showing up for someone without burning yourself out? Those are the questions Boot Camp was built around, and they're what Eric spends most of his time on.
He also runs Intervention 911's training program, which has certified interventionists and case managers across the country for more than ten years. In Boot Camp, he's the clinical voice in the room. What the research actually says. What evidence-based practice looks like at your kitchen table. Which warning signs really matter and which ones don't.

Who This Is For
Someone you love is drinking too much, using, or spiraling on pills. You feel stuck. You're scared. You've run out of ideas. This is for you.
Parents watching their adult child spiral and not knowing if they should push harder or step back
Spouses and partners who have tried talking, tried crying, tried ultimatums. None of it stuck.
Siblings and adult children who've become the de-facto crisis manager in the family
Grandparents and extended family who want to help but don't know the right way to show up
Families who have been to treatment before, watched a loved one relapse, and wonder if anything will ever hold
Anyone living in the same house as an active user, unsure how to protect themselves while still showing love
The HELPS Model
Over 30 years, Ken developed HELPS — the five dimensions where people feel pain and discomfort, and where your family can operationalize a real action step into a bottom line. Boot Camp walks you through all five, live, and helps you identify which one your family can act on first.
Session Agenda
No filler. No general advice you've already read on Reddit. The actual facilitator flow Ken, Eric, Kim, and Monica use — with real Q&A built in.
Ken, Eric, Kim, and Monica introduce themselves and set the stage for the three hours ahead. Short breakout: what stage is your loved one in right now?
The framework Ken built his career on. Why change happens — and why "trying harder" without a model almost never does.
Walk through all five dimensions — Health, Emotional & Environmental, Legal, Personal Finance, Spiritual — and identify which one your family can operationalize into a real bottom line first.
The operational playbook from the people who've run thousands:
Direct questions, answered by Ken and Eric themselves. Bring the hard ones. This is the part of the session no recorded course can give you.
What to do tomorrow. What to do this week. The one thing that moves everything else — before you log off.
What You'll Walk Away With
Why well-meaning family effort often makes addiction last longer. The clinical reason, and the one thing to change this week.
Scripts for the first real conversation, including what to do when they shut it down with "I'm fine" or "just leave me alone."
A process for getting everyone on the same page, including the family member who still doesn't think there's a real problem.
Detox, residential, outpatient. What each one actually means in practice, and how to tell which fits your situation.
The specific signals that a DIY approach is about to backfire, and what hiring a professional actually looks like.
Your HELPS Boundary Map, your 60-second Commitment Video, and your 14-day check-in milestones — all saved to your phone before you log off. The thing you watch when you're about to break.
Real Families
Not actors. Real families, who showed up not sure what to expect, and left on a different path.
"That intervention not only changed my life, it allowed my family members the chance they desperately needed to get their own healing."
"It's utterly changed my life. You'll be prepared for any kind of intervention anywhere in the world."
"I have a life that I could never imagine. The confidence to lead and guide people in a more ethical and professional manner."
"I love to see the transformations that individuals and families make. Ken and Eric are two of the pioneers in the industry."
"I've done hundreds of successful interventions. I've impacted more people's lives than I could keep track of."
"I attribute that to the beginning of my career in behavioral health. Forever grateful for that program."

Common Questions
Yes. Honestly, this is where Boot Camp is most useful. Most families who show up have a loved one who's actively refusing help right now. The HELPS Model was built for exactly that phase, when you're still trying to open the door. Your loved one does not need to know you're attending.
Absolutely. One ticket covers one Zoom login, and you can put as many family members as you want around that one screen. If people are joining from different cities on separate devices, you'll each need your own ticket.
Yes, and often it's more valuable the second time around. An intervention that didn't land usually means something about the approach, the timing, or the prep was off. Boot Camp breaks down the usual failure points and how to set up a second attempt that doesn't repeat them.
Yes. The Boot Camp spends real time on the family's role during and after treatment. What to say. What to avoid. How to build a home environment that supports sobriety instead of accidentally undermining it. The first few weeks of treatment are a high-relapse-risk window, and educated families really do move the needle.
The session gets recorded and sits in your Thinkific account for 30 days after. The live Q&A with Ken is for attendees only, so that part is not in the replay. If you can be there live, be there live.
Books and videos give you general frameworks. The live format gives you Ken answering your actual question about your actual family. Attendees almost always say the Q&A was the most useful part.
At $29, insurance isn't really in the mix. FSA and HSA cards usually cover health education programs though, so it's worth checking with your plan. We can send you a receipt for reimbursement if you need one.
All sales are final. If you can't attend live, the recording is yours for 30 days after the event, so your purchase isn't wasted — you still get the full session. If something comes up and you need to miss it entirely, email us at info@intervention911.com and we'll make sure you have the replay link.
Boot Camp gives your family the skills and a plan to try this on your own, or get prepared to bring in a professional if that turns out to be the right call. In the session, Ken walks through what a professional intervention actually involves, what it costs, and who it tends to work for. There's no sales pitch at the end. The point is to help you make the right decision for your family, whatever that is.
You'll get a confirmation email with the Zoom link the moment you check out. We'll also send a reminder the day before and one hour before. If the confirmation doesn't land, check your spam folder, then email us at info@intervention911.com and we'll resend it.
